Fei - Noodle Physics: Low Flow Combos

Service Description

In this all levels pole workshop, Fei will guide you through a series of low flow sequences to explore body articulations, linking shapes, and maximizing flow using basic spins and momentum with progressions to more advanced movement. At the end of the workshop, students will have exposure to set sequences to integrate into their practice, along with ideas, tips, and pathways to start or improve on flow sequences of their own creation. Prerequisites: Knowledge of basic spins and safe arm and back engagement required, must be 18+ Socks and kneepads highly recommended.  Instructor Bio Fei has been on the pole since 2018 and teaching since 2022. They are an avid performer of both pole and burlesque and are known for both spin pole fluidity and character-driven choreography. As a teacher, they are invested in helping students unlock their own unique style through guided experimentation and detailed breakdown of the components of flow. Having earned the title of pole dad within the community in Victoria BC, they’ll welcome you with open arms, a friendly grin, terrible jokes, and signature dadwear.
