Lyra (Aerial Hoop) Skills & Combos

Service Description

Pre-requisite: must have completed lyra level 1 and 2 Description: This dynamic class will be focusing on trying and finessing a variety of key moves from multiple levels. We will work on a couple of these moves each week as well as do a combo to improve transitions from pose to pose. This class will allow us to really get into the moves we want while also improving strength and routine stamina.
