Service Description
Requirement: None. Participants must be 18+ to join. Lyra I is an entry-level class that introduces you to the world of aerial hoop. Participants will learn basic entrances, moves, transitions, poses, and exits with the hoop as well as conditioning exercises and skills using the hoop. Participants will also learn to blend moves into combinations.
