Service Description
Requirements: Completion of Lyra Level 3 Series, or have experience with higher beginner to intermediate moves such as Owl, Rolls, Hip Holds. Email us if you are unsure! Must be 18+ to join. This Lyra class moves solidly into the intermediate world. Students should have their straddle entrance, and hoop climb. In this 6-week series, students will be introduced to top hoop moves. Participants will also learn to blend moves into combinations.
