Pole Level 5/6: Aerial Inter - Feb/Apr

Service Description

Prerequisite: Must have completed Level 4 or 5 and be able to competently perform all graduation skills on both sides, open to participants 18+ This is a combined class that builds upon the skills from Level 4 and 5 and includes intermediate combinations. For those who have completed level 4- Be ready to progress towards no-handed inverts, advanced climbs, learn the introduction to hip holds, and start learning the crucial shoulder mount skills. For those who have completed level 5-Take your inverts into the air, progress hip holds, start learning different mounts onto the pole including shoulder mounts, brass monkey, and hand springs. All pole classes include some strengthening and stretching exercises.
