Requirements: Must have already completed Aerial Sling 2 course or have prior experience. Email us if you are unsure! Revisit Aerial Sling level 2 series as a drop-in! Continue learning & improving basic conditioning exercises and skills using the hammock. Participants will also learn to blend moves into basic combinations. Strength and stretch aspects are included in each class.
