CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Lyra I (AERIAL HOOP STARTER)
Progressive Series
Six week Progressive Series
Level: Intro and Beginner
Prerequisite: While this is an intro-level class, some new to the movement and or hoop scene may wish to start out with our Monthly Intro to Pole class.
Aerial Hoop Starter - Aerial Hoop Starter is an introductory class. Over a 6-weeks series, participants will learn basic conditioning exercises and skills using the hoop. Participants will also learn to blend moves into basic combinations. This class will include stretch and strengthening exercises.

Level: Beginner I
Prerequisite: Aerial Hoop Starter or Equivalent
Aerial Hoop Rookie -Aerial Hoop Rookie is a beginner class that follows Aerial Hoop Starter. Over a 6-weeks series, participants will perfect basic conditioning exercises and skills while learning further beginner moves on and off the hoop. Participants will also learn to blend moves into beginner combinations. This class will include stretch and strengthening exercises.
POLE I (STARTER)

Level: Intro and Beginner
Prerequisite: While this is an intro-level class, some new to the movement and or pole scene may wish to start out with our Monthly Intro to Pole class.
Pole Starter - This class is the foundation of pole fitness. In this 6-week series, participants learn to engage the correct muscles, as well as develop basic spins and transitions around the pole and on the floor. All pole classes involve some strengthening and stretch exercises.

POLE II (ROOKIE)

Level: Beginner I
Prerequisite- Pole Starter or Equvilant
Pole Rookie- This class is the sequel to Pole 101. It builds off the foundations developed in the Pole Starter series. Participants will continue to advance their spinning skills and learn spin combos (on a static pole) to a beginner level. The forearm handstand and basic pole hold will also be introduced in this session. All pole classes involve some strengthening and stretch exercises.

POLE III (NOVICE)

Level: Beginner II
Prerequisite- Pole Rookie or Equivalent

Pole Novice- This class builds off the foundations developed in level 101 and 102. Participants will learn intermediate spins and combos. The basic pole sits, and pole climb will also be introduced in this session. All pole classes involve some strengthening and stretch exercises.

POLE IV (AMATEUR)

Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Pre-Requisite: Pole Novice or equivalent

Pole Amateur - This class is a step into the intermediate pole world. The pole moves introduced in this class flow off of the moves developed in our Pole Novice series. The basic pole invert and intermediate pole sits are introduced in this class. This class also works on the improvement of form and movements taught in early classes. All pole classes involve some strength and stretch exercises.

POLE V & VI (INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED)

Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Prerequisite - As per instructor, please email us concerning suitability.

Pole Intermediate/Advanced- This is a progressive series. This class incorporates choreography including intermediate inverts, sits, and spins. Participants must be comfortable with inverts (i.e. Crucifix, Helicopter, Scorpio...). All pole classes involve some strengthening and stretch exercises.

Focused Pole (N/A)
Mini-Series
Mini-Series: Enroll through Polebuddy
Pre-Requisite: Previous experience such as the Intro class or Enrolled in Pole Starter series. Please inquire as to suitable placement.
Level: Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced

Focused Pole Drop-In- These classes focus on a specific area per class that rotates throughout the weeks. Come and work on your pole moves with a strength based focus. This is a semi-structured class with time near the end of class for participants to practice. Finish each class with a stretch to lengthen muscles and aid in increasing flexibility

LYRICAL/SPIN POLE (N/A)
Mini-Series
Mini-Series: Enroll through Polebuddy.
Pre-Requisite: Previous experience required- Completion of Pole Starter series or equivalent. Please inquire as to suitable placement.
Level: Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced

Focused Pole Drop-In- This class focusses on either beginner spin pole or lyrical pole. Join us for these fun 50 min classes and learn how to either combine your moves into a sassy choreography or draw from your moves and transform them into a flowing spin motion. This class focuses on learning the basics of choreography and spin pole. This is not an Introductory class but is designed for those who have completed at a minimum the Pole Starter series or equivalent. Variations to moves will be offered to create choreography/spin that is friendly for a variety of levels.

Intro to Aerial Hoop- If you have ever wanted to try out aerial hoop here is your chance! This is an introductory class to Aerial Hoop. Come and have fun learning some basic poses and moves under and in the Aerial Hoop.

INTRO TO POLE - This class is for brand new students with little or no pole experience. Learn basic pole grips, stance, and a few introductory moves. Become familiar with the structure of the pole classes, including a warm-up, strengthening moves, and a stretch. This class is the minimum prerequisite to allow you to attend Drop-In classes.

Pole Parties

Level: Everyone welcome!
Pole parties are the perfect activity for bachelorette parties, birthday parties or "just because". In this fun-filled class, you will try some pole moves and learn to string them together into a sassy choreography. This class will include a warm-up and cool-down stretch. Cost is $150 for up to 7 people (changes due to COVID-19). N/A-Each additional person pays $10. Max 16 ppl. Extended parties are available by request.
Private Classes

Private Classes are a great way to catapult your development or boost your confidence. These classes are personalized to your goals and abilities. Semi privates have a maximum of 2 people and work best with students with similar abilities who book together. Private classes cost $60, Semi-private classes $40 each.
