Pre-Requisite: None
Level: Introductory
This class is for brand new students with little or no pole experience. Learn basic pole grips, stance, and a few introductory moves. Become familiar with the structure of the pole classes, including a warm-up, strengthening moves, and a stretch. This class is the minimum prerequisite to allow you to attend drop - in pole classes.
Hammock Teaser

Level: Introductory
This introductory class is for people with no previous hammock experience. Learn basic aerial hammock stances and introductory moves. If you have ever wanted to try aerial hammock but were not sure it was for you, this is the perfect place to start! This class is the minimum prerequisite to allow you to attend drop - in hammock classes.

If you have ever wanted to try out aerial hoop here is your chance! This is an introductory class to Aerial Hoop. Come and have fun learning some basic poses and moves under and in the Aerial Hoop. This class is the minimum prerequisite to allow you to attend drop - in hoop classes.

Progressive Series

Level: Introductory
Prerequisite: None. (Those new to aerial may wish to start out with our Lyra Teaser Class).
Aerial Hoop Starter is an introductory class. Over a 4-weeks series, participants will learn basic conditioning exercises and skills using the hoop. Participants will also learn to blend moves into basic combinations. Repeat or return to this level any time to finesse your foundational skills.

Level: Beginner
Prerequisite: Lyra1(Intro to Lyra) or equivalent
Lyra 2 & 3 ( Beginner Hoop) follows our Lyra 1 series. Over a 4-weeks series, participants will perfect basic conditioning exercises and skills while learning further beginner moves on and off the hoop. Participants will also learn to blend more moves into beginner combinations. Repeat or return to these levels any time to perfect your skills.

(Intermediate/ Advanced)
*Fours week Progressive Series with the option to drop-in to single classes.
Level: Intermediate - Advanced
Prerequisite: Lyra 3 or equivalent
Continue to perfect basic conditioning exercises and skills while learning more intermediate and advanced moves for the hoop. Participants will also learn to blend more more advanced combinations, dynamic sequences, and inverts while increasing their flexibility and strength with each progressive series. Repeat or return to these level sany time to improve your techniques and comfort in these moves.

Pole Level 1 (Intro to Pole)

Level: Introductory
Prerequisite: None. (Optional: Those new to aerial may wish to start out with our Teaser Class).
This class is the foundation of pole fitness. In this 4--week series, participants learn to engage the correct muscles, as well as develop basic spins and transitions around the pole and on the floor.
Repeat or return to this level any time to finesse your foundational skills.

Pole Level 2 (Beginner)

Level: Beginner
Prerequisite - Pole 1(or equivalent exp.)
Participants will continue to advance their spinning skills and learn spin combos (on a static pole) to a beginner level. The forearm handstand and basic pole hold will also be introduced in this session.
Repeat or return to this level any time to perfect your skills.

Pole Level 3 (Beginner/Intermediate)

Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Prerequisite - Pole 2 (or equivalent exp.)
Participants will learn intermediate spins and combos. The basic pole sits, and pole climb will also be introduced in this session.

Pole Level 4 (Intermediate)
*Four week Progressive
Level: Beginner/Intermediate
Pre-Requisite: Pole 3 (or equivalent exp.)
This class is a step into the intermediate pole world. Basic pole invert and intermediate pole sits are introduced in this class. This class also works on the refining form and movements taught in earlier classes.

Pole Levels 5 & 6 (Intermediate/ Advanced)
*Four week Progressive Series
Level: Intermediate/Advanced
Prerequisite - Pole 4 or equivalent exp.
This class incorporates choreography and skill building including intermediate inverts, sits, and spins. Participants must be comfortable with basic inverts (i.e. Crucifix, Helicopter, Scorpio, etc.) and holding there body weight ( i.e., pole tucks, spins with feet of the ground etc.)
Repeat or return to these levels any time to improve your techniques and comfort in these moves.

Aerial Sling

Sling Level 1 (Intro to Hammock)

Level: Introductory

This is an introductory class. Over a 6-weeks series, participants will learn basic conditioning exercises and skills using the hammock. Participants will also learn to blend moves into basic combinations.
Sling Level 2 (Beginner hammock)
*Six Week Progressive Series
Prerequisite: Sling 1
Level: Beginner
Participants will perfect basic conditioning exercises and skills while learning further beginner moves on and off the hoop. Participants will also learn to blend more moves into beginner combinations.
Specialty Series
Lyrical/ Spin Pole
*Two to four week progressive series with the option to drop-in.
Pre-Requisite: Level 2 (or equivalent exp.)
Level: Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced
This class focusses on either beginner spin pole or lyrical pole. Join us to learn how to either combine your moves into a sassy choreography or draw from your moves and transform them into a flowing spin motion. This series focuses on the basics of choreography for spin pole. Variations will be offered to adapt choreography for a variety of levels
Focused Pole (Spin, Fierce Flow, Heels, Etc.)
*Two- four week progressive series with the option to drop-in
Pre-Requisite: Pole 2 or equivalent exp.
Level: Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced
These classes focus on a specific area per class that rotates throughout the weeks. Come and work on your pole moves with a strength based focus. This is a semi-structured class with time near the end of class for participants to practice. Each class finishes with a stretch to lengthen muscles and aid in increasing flexibility.

Level: Everyone welcome!
Our pole, hoop, and hammock parties are the perfect activity for bachelorettes, birthdays, or a night out with the girls. In this fun-filled class, you will try some easy moves and learn to string them together into a sassy choreography. This class will include a warm-up and cool-down stretch.

Private Classes are a great way to catapult your development or boost your confidence. These classes are personalized to your goals and abilities.
