Service Description
Requirements: None Aerial Sling/Hammock is an introductory 6 week series to the art of aerial hammock. Over this series, participants will learn basic conditioning exercises and skills using the hammock. Participants will also learn to blend moves into basic combinations. Strength and stretch aspects are included in each class.
