Service Description
Prerequisite: None New to pole or have a few classes under your belt? This class is for you! This is a multi- level class that offers variations for those new to pole and up to a higher beginner level. For Intro and beginner students: This class is the foundation of pole fitness. Participants will practice the foundations of momentum, develop basic spins, and become comfortable with basic transitions around the pole and on the floor. This course emphasizes correct muscle engagement and proper techniques. All pole classes involve strengthening and stretching exercises. For higher beginner students: This class continues to build on spins and pole sits. As well as more advanced spins and spin combinations. Participants will develop confidence with sits higher on the pole and progress their basic climb techniques. The first grounded full invert is introduced in this class for those at the intermediate level. All pole classes will include strengthening and stretching exercises. A minimum of 16 classes and/or instructor permission are recommended before progressing to Intermediate/Advanced classes. Open to participants 18+.
