Service Description
This Pole class is for all levels. In this 50 min class, students will focus on a specific type of move and hone their skills in executing the move. Move types: sits, spins, K and brass monkey. Each day will have 2 of these focuses to support all levels. Moves are subject to change based on the instructors discretion.
