PoleArt (Mini Series)
Prerequisites: Pole or aerial experience (3+ classes) & comfortable with fireman spin and x hold.
Service Description
*THIS IS A 3 PART CHOREO SERIES. DROP-IN AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST CLASS. WE WILL BE ADDING ONTO EACH CLASS* This class explores the art of pole through dance, spin pole, and/or heels. Explore the more sensual and dramatic aspects of pole in a safe and encouraging environment. Come no matter your experience level and be ready to have a blast! The first class will focus on the choreo followed by a class on spin or in heels and ending with the full expression (If it works with the choreo - we will do both spin and heels). Heels are encouraged for class 3 but not required. We do have a few pairs ( limited sizes) at the studio to use if you do not own any. Have fun, explore movement, express your sensual and or artistic side, and be empowered in this class!! Open to participants 18+.
